The SCHOOL OF INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP (SIBE) at Steinbeis University, based in Herrenberg, is headed by Prof. Dr. Werner G. Faix and Prof. Dr. Stefanie Kisgen. SIBE stands for successful knowledge transfer and systematic competence building between science and business. It focuses on companies and organizations as well as on competent, entrepreneurial, globally thinking and acting high potentials.

With innovation projects and high potentials at partner companies, SIBE ensures growth and globalization – and competent management and junior (management) staff.
